Simpson Properties is located in the Oakhurst neighborhood at

2137 N Sharon Amity Rd., Charlotte, NC 28205. Parking is on Lantana Ave,

off Sharon Amity, one block north of Monroe Road. 

Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although we are often open beyond these hours in order to show properties. Weekend showings are also available, with an appointment.

Tom and Mary Simpson began investing in Charlotte real estate in 1984. They have acquired vast experience in buying, selling, renovating, building, managing and consulting within Charlotte's inner band of historic neighborhoods such as Elizabeth, Chantilly, Plaza-Midwood, NODA, Madison Park, Dilworth and Myers Park. Over the years, Simpson Properties has expanded it's manegement services to Charlotte's metro areas, including South and East Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville and Cornelius and has transformed into a boutique investment and property management firm.
