Tom has been a NC licensed broker and Realtor since 1985, and Mary since 1991. Property Management Services Offered
1. Survey the market for rental rates.
2. Locate tenants, accept applications, screen applicants for credit and character stability.
3. Prepare leases and rental agreements.
4. Collect security deposits and maintain deposits in escrow.
5. Collect rent.
6. Prepare monthly accounting statements on each property and disburse earnings to owner.
7. Receive tenant complaints, handle emergency repair calls as pre-arranged with owner.
8. Supervise major repairs as authorized by owner.
9. Routinely inspect properties and determine proper distribution of security deposits.
10. Assist in buying, trading, or selling investment properties.
